It Provides services to customers, in storage, transhipment, customs clearance, and other related declaration.Established in 1997 in Shanghai, CSCL has emerged as a major global player in eight years. It is currently ranked as the fifth container shipping company in terms of operating capacity. As at August 2005, CSCL has a young and modern fleet that comprises 140 vessels with a total operating capacity of 332,091TEU, among which over 45 of them had capacities of over 4,000 TEU. The average age of vessels with capacity of more than 4,000 TEU is 1.9 years which occupied 74.5% of the whole operating capacity.
